Food Defense Awareness Training
Food Defense Awareness training is an in-person, interactive training suitable for small and large groups. The training lasts about 45 minutes and uses polling, question and answer, and game play to emphasize content and engage the trainees.
The Food Defense Awareness training meets the requirements for employees, and their supervisors, at actionable process steps as required by the Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA) Mitigation Strategies to Protect Food Against Intentional Adulteration regulation (IA Rule; 21 CFR 121).
We travel to your production facility to provide the on-site training suitable for all levels of production from frontline to leadership. Viritual sessions are available. We also offer licenses to this program through a train-the-training program.
